Scoped and developed financial software for alternative investments, mobile applications, and a multi-tenant API platform. Led the product backlog, prioritized features, and coordinated the corporate integration process after the BlackRock acquisition. Introduced the release and acceptance practices the product teams worked to.

Managed delivery across functional and DevOps teams for the information systems and customer portal of the largest energy supplier in the Netherlands. Led definition and implementation of new features and internal processes, took part in innovation initiatives including hackathons and AI-driven projects, and shaped the Kubernetes migration strategy with the DevOps teams.

Founded Corponest, a marketing services and corporate networking agency, introducing a new business model to the Serbian market. Led the technical infrastructure, signed contracts with 120+ companies in the first ten months, and managed the design and implementation of corporate software, websites, and Android apps, with a strong focus on account and project management.

Managed a team of 30+ professionals across web advertising projects, combining project management, HR, and team leadership.
